Kathryn Greer
AIA / ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL
Kathryn is an Associate Principal at MHM, with over a decade of experience in architecture and design across Knoxville and the region. With a background in both architecture and landscape architecture, she brings a distinctive lens that blends spatial insight with contextual sensitivity to create environments that are both functional and deeply connected to place.
Her portfolio includes boutique hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use developments, where she is known for her collaborative leadership and ability to align diverse teams around thoughtful, client-centered solutions. A graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Architecture and Design and the University of Georgia College of Environment + Design, Kathryn remains actively engaged in the profession as a member of AIA East Tennessee and the City of Knoxville’s Public Arts Committee.
She lives in Knoxville with her husband, John, and their two sons, William and Michael, and believes strongly in the power of art and design to enrich everyday life.
