Jennifer Bradley
AIA, LEED AP BD+C, IIC+B8 / CODE MANAGER /
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Jennifer is a Project Architect with a portfolio that spans higher education facilities, performing arts centers, and large-scale housing projects. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Tennessee and has been part of MHM since 2008. With dual graduate degrees in architecture and history, she is especially interested in how context and memory shape meaningful design. As Code Manager, Jennifer helps to ensure all projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations by interpreting code requirements, applying them to designs, coordinating permit applications and comments, and overseeing construction for code adherence.
In addition to her work in practice, Jennifer has taught at the University of Tennessee, leading courses ranging from technology to graduate-level theory, and continues to explore the dialogue between design and place in both academic and professional settings. Jennifer is also a current member of the City of Knoxville's Historic Zoning Commission. She sits on boards at United Way and ACE Mentor of Greater Knoxville, is a member of the Old City gardens, and is passionate about hiking, gardening, music, and spending time outside with her beloved dogs.
